The lesson opportunities we offer for students in Y1 – Y12 are as follows:

Piano /Guitar

DURATION

The length of the course is 33 lessons, the recommended time for a student to fully experience the different technical demands of an instrument.

TSPS will provide skilled peripatetic music teachers to teach 33 x 30 minute lessons during the academic year.

COST

10 lessons / 1^st term = 1000

12 lessons / 2^nd term = 1200

11 lessons / 3^rd term = 1100

ATTENDANCE

Is a student's responsibility to make sure they arrive at lessons on time.

Music lessons will be on a rotating timetable, during the school day in order to minimize disruption to school lessons.

PERFORMANCE

Students will have the opportunity to perform at a range of school events.

REPORTING & ASSESSMENT

TSPS peripatetic music teachers will provide written comments to parents after each lesson via the planner from SPS.
